• Bob Goree has been in the auction business since 1958. Starting out in Roswell, New Mexico, working with his father.
  
  
• Moved to Amarillo, Texas in 1964 and has been a Licensed auctioneer with an auction gallery in Amarillo, Texas.
  
  
• Attended the Reisch American School of Auctioneering (now known as World Wide College of Auctioneering) in Mason City, Iowa in 1959.
  
  
• Won the Texas Auctioneers State Championship in 1977.
  
  
• President of the Texas Auctioneers Association from 1978-1979.
  
  
• Attended the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) at the University of Indiana, graduating in 1981.
  
  
• Won the Texas Auctioneers Association Senior Champion Award in 1999 and was also inducted into the Texas Auctioneer Association Hall of Fame.
